We help customers search, compare and book separate travel services, including:

Our aim is to make travel planning simple, flexible and accessible by connecting customers with different third-party travel suppliers through one online platform.

Our role as a travel agent

Skyvela.com acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers.

This means that when you make a booking through Skyvela, we help arrange the booking on your behalf, but the actual travel service is provided by the relevant third-party supplier.

The supplier may be an airline, hotel, accommodation provider, tour operator, activity provider, car rental company, airport transfer provider, ticketing provider or travel technology supplier.

Skyvela.com does not own, operate or control airlines, hotels, vehicles, tours, transfer services or other travel products shown on our website.

Your contract for the actual travel service is with the relevant supplier, and the supplier’s own terms and conditions apply to your booking.

Separate travel services only

Skyvela.com does not currently sell or organise package holidays.

All services available through Skyvela are offered as separate travel services.

For example, if you book a flight and a hotel through Skyvela.com, these are separate bookings with separate suppliers. Each service may have its own price, booking reference, payment rules, cancellation rules and refund policy.

Skyvela does not act as a package holiday organiser under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

Flights and ATOL protection

Skyvela does not currently hold its own ATOL.

Where a flight booking is ATOL-protected, the protection is provided by the relevant third-party ATOL holder or flight supplier, not by Skyvela directly.

If your flight booking is ATOL-protected, the relevant ATOL holder will be identified in your booking documents or ATOL Certificate, where applicable.

Please check your booking confirmation and any ATOL Certificate carefully, as these documents show which company is responsible for your financial protection.

Our commitment

We work to provide customers with clear information about prices, availability, supplier rules, cancellation conditions and booking requirements before they confirm a booking.

If you need help before, during or after your booking, our support team will assist you where possible and liaise with the relevant supplier when required.
